How It Works

1}. At first, Appraiser visits the field for inspection.

2}. Next step taken by the Appraiser is to prepare all the data and sends it to us, which includes;

(a)☆Cloned template file.

(b)☆MLS of the subject property and comps.

(c)☆Public or tax records NDC or country Assessors website or Real Quest.

(d)☆Home inspection sheet.

(e)☆Rough draft sketch.

(f)☆1004MC data

(g)☆Any relevant data, such as contract or PUD details.

3}. We enter all the data which Appraiser provides us in order to complete the following sections of the Appraisal reports, as applicable:

●Subject section.

●Contract section.

●Neighbourhood section

●Comparable sales grid section .

●Prior sales/Transfer information for subject and comparable section.

●PUD information section etc.,(if applicable)

4}. Appraiser gets back from us:

(a)☆All subject and comps data pre-filled

(b)☆Almost completed report software file ready for adjustments and valuations is sent back to Appraiser.
